On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Medical and Health

Care Services Regulation, B.C. Reg. 426/97, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 of the Medical and Health Care Services Regulation, B.C. Reg. 426/97,

is amended

(

a) by adding the following paragraph:

(b.1) a person who

(

i) is admitted to Canada under a Canada-Ukraine authorization for emergency travel

(ii) meets the criteria under paragraphs (

b) and (

c) of the definition; , and

(

b) in paragraph (

j) by striking out " paragraph (a), (b), (

c) or (

g) of this

section " and substituting " paragraph (a), (b), (b.1), (

c) or (

g) of this

section ".
