Order in Council 415/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1352/2024 made October 24, 2024, Dr. Hedy Anna Walsh was appointed to a panel of lay persons eligible to serve as a member of a Complaints Committee and the Discipline Committee pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Registered Insurance Brokers Act ;

And

whereas Dr. Hedy Anna Walsh has resigned effective February 7, 2025;

Therefore Order in Council 1352/2024 is revoked effective February 7, 2025.
