OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 27, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at James River, Browns Mountain, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia, identified as PIDs 10027878 and 10120798, and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Douglas Benjamin MacDonald and Kimberley Ann MacDonald, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for the purchase price of $113,000.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Douglas Benjamin MacDonald and Kimberley Ann MacDonald, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
