B.C. Reg. 336/2002, deposited December 9, 2002, pursuant to the HEALTH PLANNING STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2002 [Section 29]. Order in Council 1067/2002, approved and ordered December 6, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that effective December 31, 2002, the following sections of the Health Planning Statutes Amendment Act, 2002,

S.B.C. 2002, c. 15, are brought into force by this regulation:

(

a) section 1 (a);

(

b) section 1 (

c) with respect to the Health Professions Council;

(

c) sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15;

(

d) section 13, except for
