With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name October 18, 2010, as the day on which the following provisions come into force:
(
a) The Consumer Protection Amendment Act (Payday Loans) (S.M. 2006, c. 31):
section 3 insofar as it enacts sections 139, 147, 152 to 154 and 156; and
(
b) The Consumer Protection Amendment Act (Payday Loans) (S.M. 2009, c. 12,
Part 1):
section 6, and
section 8 insofar as it enacts sections 161.6 and 161.7.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 18 octobre 2010 la date d'entrée en vigueur des dispositions suivantes :
a) Loi modifiant la
