Order in Council 708/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of North Himsworth, in the Municipality of Callander, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7100-4, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 13 th day of May, 2020 be designated as the King’s Highway pursuant to

section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended.

the designation as the King’s Highway by Order in Council O.C. 2182/90 effective August 28, 1990, shown on Ministry Plan P-2910-130 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as LT182074, be revoked pursuant to

section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
