OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated June 16, 2011, and pursuant to subsection 89A(1) of
Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to declare the Province of Quebec to be a reciprocating province for the purpose of enforcement of orders made pursuant to the Labour Standards Code and to designate the Commission des normes du travail for that province as the authority for that province for the purpose of
Section 89A of the Labour Standards Code.
