OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated November 8, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased, effective November 29, 2011, to revoke the appointment of Jenna Leigh Wilson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-161 dated April 7, 2010.
