a) the demise does not affect the holding of any of- fice under the Crown, and

a) de porter atteinte à l’occupation d’une charge re- levant de la Couronne; (

b) it is not necessary for the holder of any such office who has taken an oath of office or allegiance before the demise to retake that oath.
