OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated September 21, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 194 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Act , is pleased to appoint Ellen Venner-Hiltz of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) and to reappoint Judy Elliot of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as members of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority, each for a term of two years commencing November 1, 2018.
