OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 10, 2000, pursuant to
Section 37 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister entering into an agreement with the Municipality of the County of Kings relating to work on certain streets within the Municipality, which work is specified in Snow and Ice Control Agreement No. K-01S, dated November 30, 1999, set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
