OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 9, 2004, pursuant to Sections 2 (a), (b), (

e) and (f), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 8(2), 9(1) and 9(2), is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board's decision to amend the Terms and Conditions of the existing loan to MacTara Limited as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 9, 2004; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
