OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 25, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective on and after September 8, 2020, assign responsibility for all affairs and matters pertaining to the Mortgage Regulation Act to the member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services, who may also be described as the Minister responsible for the Mortgage Regulation Act.
