OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 29, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 29(2) of

Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Beverly Billard as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-288 dated June 2, 1999; and (

b) appoint Janet Manuel as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, effective May 13, 2002.
