Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 551/2023 O10743311 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with th e advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 10, 2023, (

a) the appointment of Nolan Micheal Hennin as an Executiv e Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport, made by Order in Council 551/2023, is rescinded, (

b) Nolan Micheal Hennin is appointed as an Executive A ssistant in the Office of the Minister of Forests, (

c) Nolan Micheal Hennin is to be paid in accordan ce with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensati on Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employmen t equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Nolan Micheal Hennin. 609 November 10, 2023
