Order in Council 936/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 932/2018 dated May 2, 2018, Dr. Kristopher Cunningham was appointed a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Kristopher Cunningham has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 932/2018, dated May 2, 2018, appointing Dr. Kristopher Cunningham as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario is hereby revoked effective July 14, 2023.
