OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated July 12, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Energy to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Province of British Columbia respecting marine renewable energy substantially in the form or to like effect as that set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Energy to enter into Memorandums of Understanding with other provinces respecting marine renewable energy in substantially the form or to like effect as that set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
