Section 10 of
Chapter 47 of the Acts of 2011, the Snow Sport Helmet Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting snow sport helmets in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after November 1, 2012.
