OIC Number: 2005 - 133 Date of Order: Mar 31, 2005 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 10, 2005, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, Order in Council 85-342 and the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited dated December 2, 1981, as amended from time to time, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint George Moody of Waterville, Kings County, as a Director of Trade Centre Limited for a term commencing March 4, 2005, and ending March 31, 2008; (

b) designate George Moody of Waterville, Kings County, as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trade Centre Limited; (

c) appoint Gordon Gillis of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Heather Foley Melvin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Directors of Trade Centre Limited for terms commencing March 31, 2005 and ending March 31, 2008; and (
