Order in Council 448/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 27(1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021 , Cathy Singer , of Toronto, is reappointed as a part-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal for a fixed term of three (3) years, effective April 29, 2025.
