On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 37.9 (8) of the Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " 4% " and substituting " 4.4% ", and

(

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " 1.04 " and substituting " 1.044 ".

Section 37.14 (4) (

a) is amended by striking out " 4% " and substituting " 4.4% ".
