An Act to repeal miscellaneous Public and Private Statutes (Assented to March 19, 2024) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: PART Preliminary Matters

Short title This Act may be cited as The Miscellaneous Statutes Repeal Act, 2024. PART Public Acts Repealed SS 1959, c repealed

An Act respecting The Summer Resort Village of Carlyle Lake Resort is repealed. RSS 1978, c N-1 repealed The Names of Homes Act is repealed. SS 2012, c S-5.1 repealed The Saskatchewan Advantage Grant for Education Savings (SAGES) Act is r epealed. PART Private Acts Repealed SS 1986, c repealed

An Act respecting the Canadian Bible Society, Saskatchewan District is repealed. SS 1920, c repealed

An Act to incorporate Sacred Heart Academy is repealed. SS 1919-20, c repealed

An Act to incorporate The Catholic Women’s League is repealed. SS 1928, c repealed

An Act to incorporate the Herbert Bible School Association is repealed. SS 1971, c repealed

An Act to incorporate The Wildlife Foundation of Saskatchewan is repealed. 2024

CHAPTER MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES REPEAL ACT c 7

PART Coming into Force Coming into force 10(1) Subject to subsection ( 2), this Act comes into force on assent.
