Order in Council 1264/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Richard B. Bois of Lively be appointed as a member of the City of Greater Sudbury Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from the later of July 11, 2019, or the date this Order in Council is made.
