An Act to amend The Annual Holidays Act [Assented to April 5, 1956] Rev. Stat. c.261 The Annual Holidays Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1956, c.56, s.1. New

section 18a The following

section is inserted after

section 18: Time limit for prosecutions “18a Prosecutions for offences created by this Act shall be instituted within one year after the commission of the alleged offence”. 1956, c.56, s.2.

Section amended Clause (

a) of subsection (1) of
