OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 5, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective January 16, 2024, to approve Build Nova Scotia entering into a Master Lease Agreement with Halifax Port Authority, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
