Order in Council 1330/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mark Heller of Hillsburgh, reappointed by O.C. 1634/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Homeopathy Act, 2007 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1634/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
