OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated December 14, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources, respecting the establishment of a Specified Purpose Account for work related to the joint development of permanent occupational health and safety regulations in the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Area, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
