Order in Council 1765/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2663/78, dated September 13, 1978, Dr. M. E. Spencer was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. M. E. Spencer has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 28, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2663/78, dated September 13, 1978, appointing Dr. M. E. Spencer as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
