OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated April 5, 2005, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 16,695.2 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Aberdeen, Inverness County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Suzanne D. Tonry and Sean Tonry, of Vineyard Haven, in the State of Massachusetts, United States of America, for the price of $600.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
