OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 10, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve Petition No. 35921 to grant a Right of Way with a width of 50 feet or 15 metres for the consideration of $200.00 per acre for the area of the Right of Way granted, if less than 1 acre, $200.00 minimum, to Joseph A. LeBlanc of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, or successors in title to his lands at MacIntyre Lake, Inverness County, to be served by the Right of Way, in common with the Crown across Crown lands situate at MacIntyre Lake, Inverness County, the general location of which is shown outlined in green on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, on condition that the cost of maintaining and repairing the Right of Way be borne by the Petitioner; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute a Right of Way indenture or such other documents as he deems necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
