On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, on the recommendation of the Attorney General, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Schedule 2 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended

(

a) in the heading "Greater Vancouver Transit Conduct and Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 86/99", by striking out "86/99" and substituting "87/99", and

(

b) under that heading by adding the following:

section 9 (3.1)
