On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be appointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further,
whereas Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective November 4, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1491/2021;
Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1491/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
