OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated January 11, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and such other authority vested in the Minister, is pleased to: (

a) participate in a project with other provinces and the Government of Canada to update and adopt a Model National Energy Code for houses/buildings; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Energy to execute a Contribution Agreement set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or one to like effect.
