Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to reappoint Gavin Giles, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of 5 years effective on and after August 1, 2009.
