Order in Council 597/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas , by Order in Council O.C. 1467/2016 dated October 5, 2016, Stewart Kevin Empey was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as hospital supervisor for Brockville General Hospital under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act;

And

whereas subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act provides that the appointment of a hospital supervisor is valid until terminated by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 9(4) of the Public Hospitals Act , O.C. 1467/2016 appointing Stewart Kevin Empey as supervisor for the Brockville General Hospital is terminated effective as of 11:59:59 pm on April 30, 2018.
