Order in Council 12/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Asad Ali Moten was appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective April 26, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 835/2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Asad Ali Moten of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
