Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Chief Inspector Qualifications Regulations .

Definition

2 In these regulations, “Act” means the Animal Protection Act .

Minimum qualifications for Chief Inspector

3 The following are the minimum qualifications required by subsection 12(2) of the Act to

be met by a person appointed as Chief Inspector:

(

a) a high school diploma or the equivalent;

(

b) a valid driver’s licence;

(

c) experience handling and training animals;

(

d) necessary investigatory skills and knowledge to act as Chief Inspector.
