Order in Council 2462/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(2) and 7(4) of the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre Act, 2017 and subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , persons appointed to the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre shall be remunerated during the term of their appointment as follows:

Part-time member: a per diem rate of $200

Part-time Vice Chair: a per diem rate of $250

Part-time Chair: a per diem rate of $350

Further, appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board/Management Board of Cabinet directives, all of which is effective the date of this Order in Council.
