Statute: Provincial Finance Act Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 28, 2005, pursuant to Sections 2, 6, 16 and 34 of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2 and 9, and Sections 59A and 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2001-170, which granted financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Register.com, Inc., authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on April 27, 2005, as outlined in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 28, 2005; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
