OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 4, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located at Black Rock and at Fraserville, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, being identified as Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shaded dark grey on the maps marked

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from C. Ernest Harrison & Sons Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $599,000 plus appraisal, survey, and legal costs, subject to the condition that C. Ernest Harrison & Sons Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
