Order in Council 531/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) and paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998 , Charles Harnick of Toronto be appointed as full-time Chair of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
