Order in Council 2081/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998,

Douglas Kearns of Blind River

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a period of three years, effective January 15, 2018 to and including January 14, 2021.
