OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated August 15, 2006, and pursuant to clause 2(
n) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (
a) designate as a special fund within the meaning of the Provincial Finance Act, a fund to be called the Nova Scotia Nominee Program Fund; (
b) authorize the payment into the Nova Scotia Nominee Program Fund all monies received by or on behalf of applicants to the Nova Scotia Nominee Program; and (
c) authorize disbursements by the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Immigration or the Executive Director of the Office of Immigration from the Nova Scotia Nominee Program Fund in accordance with the Nova Scotia Nominee Program guidelines.
