OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated October 10, 2000, pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Hank Bosveld of R.R.#1 Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for a term of office of five years commencing September 15, 2000, and ending September 14, 2005; and (
b) determine the rate of remuneration to be $100 per day plus expenses for members in accordance with the Nova Scotia Government policy.
