Order in Council 1166/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sheila Neuburger of Thornhill, was reappointed by O.C. 1151/2024 as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1151/2024 be revoked.
