Order in Council 976/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Jeffrey K. Laushway of Prescott be appointed as a member of the Town of Prescott Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
