The freeze applies from the day the Bill comes into force and lasts for 90 days. If the Legislative Assembly is not sitting when the freeze ends, the Minister may make an order extending the freeze for another 60 days. Le projet de loi gèle le prix de certains produits pétroliers aux prix en vigueur le 14 février 1999. Le gel s’applique à compter du jour de l’entrée en vigueur du projet de loi et dure 90 jours. Si l’Assemblée législative ne siège pas lorsque le gel prend fin, le ministre peut, par arrêté, le prolonger de 60 jours.
