Order in Council 1679/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Helen Song was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1676/2021 dated December 9, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Helen Song of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two-years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
