OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 7, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1990, the Health Council Act, and

Section 44A of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Health Council to complete vacancies for terms commencing July 30, 2003, and ending September 29, 2005: Marina Horrocks of R.R.#1 Glenwood, Yarmouth County; and Marion White of Sydney Mines, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; (

b) reappoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Health Council each for a term of three years commencing September 30, 2003, and ending September 29, 2006: Harry J. Churchill of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Catherine A. Randall of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
