OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie dated October 27, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 36 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie entering into the Agreement for Cooperation and Exchange between the Government of Quebec and the Government of Nova Scotia – Accord de cooperation et d’échanges entre le gouvernement du Québec et le gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Ecosse – as set out in “Schedule A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
